About This Campaign
The State of Florida is working non-stop to protect you and your vote. Voters can be assured that every ballot will be confidential, safe, and secure. The Florida Department of State and all 67 county Supervisors of Elections have been working together on comprehensive efforts to identify and respond to potential election threats. Our partners include the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. This website outlines many of the significant measures we are taking to protect the integrity of Elections 2020.
The state has invested in increased elections security measures, including additional cybersecurity, infrastructure, hardware, software, and training.
Partnerships with state and national law enforcement guarantee that Florida will be more prepared than ever to hold safe and secure elections. The state is also taking extra precautions to protect voters from COVID-19 when they go to cast their vote.
The uncertainty of our times, including a global pandemic and increased election threats from both foreign and domestic agents, calls for unprecedented cooperation and increased safety procedures. The Florida Department of State, along with local and state officials in Florida, and national law enforcement agencies, are working together to maintain the integrity and safety of our elections. We are working hard to Protect You and Your Vote.
